Shipping and return policy


Purchases made through are sent through the state operator Correos to the address indicated by the client.

The shipments made to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are considered as standard shipments and will have a shipping cost of € 2.50. The estimated delivery time in these cases is 2 to 4 days.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and international shipments will be made by certified mail.

Shipping costs for shipments made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be € 6.5, and costs for shipments made to Europe (EU) will be € 9. In both cases, estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days.

In the rest of international shipments the shipping costs will be € 13. The estimated delivery time in these cases is 3 to 7 days.

Shipping costs include handling and labeling as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. You can not combine two different orders, so the shipping costs will be applied for each of the orders individually.

We are not responsible for any damage that the package may suffer after shipment. But we will do everything possible so that the shipments arrive in the best conditions.


The customer has the right to withdrawal, which will entitle him to proceed with the return of the order. Said right may be exercised within a period of 14 (fourteen) business days from the reception of the order.


In case of return, the Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the packaging and labeling original and intact, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

We will proceed to make the refund of the amount paid, once the returned product has been received and its good condition has been checked. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We can retain the refund until we have received the goods in our stores. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

If the return or change is due to an error in the shipment (wrong address), we will proceed to remove the package at the address to which it was sent. We will take care of the expenses derived from said return.


Shipments made to countries that are not part of the customs territory of the EU are subject to certain taxes and / or duties, which will be borne by the Customer. is not responsible for them.
